In 2022 I bought a vintage Yamaha DX7 keyboard. It was in a reaaly bad condition. The previous owner connected it on a 220V power line (The keyboard is 110/127V) and the transformer burned. He tried to rewind the transformer but it was a really bad job and the kayboard was still not working.
Althrough, after changing some voltage regulators it was possible to bring it back to life. The transformer was changed anyway, because it was heating up and making an anoying noise.
