This is a quick review of the Indian retail unit of the HYSapientia Air Fryer 24 litres that is currently being sold exclusively by Amazon, India. The official seller, which is the company itself literally sent me a used and refurbished item when I purchased it! When I reached back to him on Amazon he asked me to place a fresh order and basically 'move on'. Absolute apathy towards consumers and no sense or concept of business ethics and scruples present in the company.
