“Rest Within” invites us to turn inward at various points in the day, and rediscover the quiet observer, the still, luminous point at the centre of the forehead- the seat of the soul, the inner being, the pure consciousness. Beyond the physical, beyond the roles, beyond thoughts, and emotions that
is the Soul, pure conscient being, a being of light—quiet, steady, and whole.
True rest is not withdrawal from life, but it is a return to our original awareness, where we remember who we are truly and draw strength and power that is not dependent on circumstances, people and the material world around us. From this inner resting place, clarity arises, love flows
naturally, and life is lived with grace, wisdom, acceptance and peace rather than effort.

How resting within does not make us passive, but aligns our actions with clarity, compassion, and higher purpose.
