If you’re struggling to keep track of where each custom object is in your process, creating tailored pipelines can make your workflow more organized and efficient.

In this video, we’ll walk you through how to set up custom object pipelines and stages to streamline your processes.

1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. Click on Settings and navigate to your Custom Object.
3. Click on the Pipeline tab and create your pipeline.
4. Under the Configure tab, click Add Stages, specify the desired number of pipeline stages, and configure their status.
5. Go to the Pipeline Rules tab and toggle the HubSpot-provided pipeline rules according to your requirements.
6. Click on the Actions dropdown to rename, reorder, manage access, or delete the pipeline.
7. To manage visibility, click Manage Access, where you can set the pipeline to private, open to all users, or visible to specific users.
8. You can also click on the Select Pipeline dropdown to create a new pipeline.
