While i am not sure when the event began, i can confirm that the Fellowship (not to be mistaken with the EN5 guild or its merged successor) Event is returning and it is a lot like the Fellowship Event of last year or the other year that reeked a lot like the St. Patrick's Day event, albeit with some event-related boosts.
