Healthy Atta Cookies with Jaggery

Ingredients:
Oats powder- 44gram 1/2cup
Whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup= 59 gram
Jaggery- 76 gram 1/2 cup
Ghee- 86 gram 1/4 cup
Milk- 1 tbsp- 9gram
Desiccated coconut- 28gram 1/2cup

Instructions:
1. *Refrigerate ghee* for easier creaming.
2. *Cream:* Beat ghee and jaggery together until light and fluffy.
3. *Add milk:* Incorporate milk and cream the mixture again.
4. *Mix dry ingredients:* Sift whole wheat flour and add to the wet mixture. Mix well. Add desiccated coconut for flavor.
5. *Shape and chill:* Form the dough into desired shapes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
6. *Baking options:*
*Air fryer:* Preheat to 160°C. Bake cookies for 14-16 minutes.
*Without oven/air fryer:* Heat salt in a vessel. Place a cooker stand and cookie tray. Cover and bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. *Cool and store:* Let cookies cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
