Healing from a rut can feel almost impossible, but slowly things do get better. Last month I lost my job, and in the weeks after I felt like a complete failure.

My business wasn’t growing, consulting wasn’t picking up, YouTube was moving slow, and even my community felt stuck. On top of that, I still had to show up every day as a dad for my two young kids.

It felt like I was trapped there with no way out. But as time has gone on, I’ve started to rebuild my mindset and my happiness. I hope my story gives you some comfort and reminds you that things can turn around.
