Head Coach of the Tennessee Titans from 2018-present.
Regular season record: 55-41
Playoff record: 3-3
Vrabel has led a top-5 defense each season in Tennessee and is known for building strong locker room chemistry and a tough, hard-nosed football style.
Strengths: Defensive-minded, knows how to develop a tough, competitive team, great leader and locker room presence.
Worries: Offensive production has largely depended on his OC; a consistent offensive system will be key for the Bears.
David Shaw – Former Stanford HC (12 years)

Rose Bowl: 2-1
Known for developing top-tier quarterbacks, most notably Andrew Luck, one of the NFL’s greatest “what-ifs.”
Current role: Senior Personnel Executive for the Denver Broncos.
Strengths: Proven track record as a developer of talent, specifically quarterbacks; strategic mind for building balanced, high-performing teams.
Exciting potential: Shaw’s ability to develop Caleb Williams (the next QB star) could transform the Bears' future.
Todd Monken – Offensive Guru & Chicagoland Native

Current role: Offensive Coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens (2023-2024).
Previous coaching stops:
Georgia OC (helped win 2 National Championships)
Buccaneers OC (2016-2018)
Browns OC (2019)
Ravens OC (2023-2024).
Strengths: Monken has built top-5 offenses, and his work with Lamar Jackson at the Ravens has elevated Jackson to back-to-back MVP-level play.
Experience: 35 years of coaching across NCAA and NFL, with a proven track record of developing QBs and turning offenses into juggernauts.
Chicagoland connection: Monken is from Wheaton, IL, and could bring added motivation to lead the Bears to success in his home state.
Strengths: Long history of unlocking offensive potential, including QBs and skill position players; has the tools to develop Caleb Williams and a dynamic Bears offense.
