A Cooking Competition between Me vs Baba 👨‍🍳🤝

Baba’s karahi ingredients:
Mutton 1kg
Oil 1 cup
Salt as required
Garlic paste 1 tsp + 2 whole garlic
Tomatoes 5
Green chilli 6-7
Roasted and Crushed cumin and fenugreek (methi) 1 tsp
Coriander to garnish

Chatni:
2 tbsp coriander and mint
2 tbsp walnuts
Anardana 4 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 whole
Salt

My tandoori chicken recipe:

Whole chicken legs 4-5
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp cream
4 tbsp tandoori masala
1/4 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt if required
Coal to give smoke
Oil to fry

Zeera rice:
Butter 4 tbsp
1 tbsp zeera
Soaked rice 2 cups
Add
1/2 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tsp chicken powder or 1 cube (check saltiness)
Coriander and green chillis as required and give steam.
