20 Minutes of AMERICAN AIRLINES MD-80s at Calgary International Airport!

For many years, American Airlines flew the McDonnell-Douglas MD-80 on their route between Dallas, Texas, and Calgary, Canada. At 51°N, Calgary was (I could be wrong) the northernmost MD-80 destination for American, and we spotters here certainly enjoyed our time with the "Mad Dog".

The MD-80s left Calgary for good in 2016, replacing these classic aircraft with Embraer 175s operated by Envoy, but not before I made sure to get plenty of videos that I figured would come in handy one day.

What you see here is a compilation of 5 different American MD-80s that I filmed between September 2015 and June 2016. Most of these shots are new to YouTube, and even though they're a bit old, I'm still happy with the quality of them.
