Dosto, aaj banaenge gobi manchurian, restaurant style me, ye recipe ekdam easy hain, aur crispy bhi, lekin limit me, matlab aise nahi h ki itna crispy ho ki taste hi naa aae recipe ka, mera matlab hai, agar jyada crispy hota hain to hum log wo hi chew karne me reh jate hain :)

Ingredients:
Pani - 3-4 cups
Namak - 3 tsp
Gobhi - 1, iske kalle nikal lena / fool nikal lena
Maida - 4-5 tbsp
Corn Flour - 6-8 tbsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Pani - paste banane ke liye
Oil - deep fry karne ke liye gobi

For the Sauce: Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Lehsun - 2-3 tbsp chopped
Green Chili - 1 tbsp
Pyaaz - 1 small chopped
Salt - as per taste
Black Pepper - as per taste
Light Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp (use 1 tsp less if dark)
Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
Hara Pyaaz ke patte - handful
Tomato Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Garnish with Spring Onion Greens
