“I am confident.”
“I am the preferred interpreter.”
“I get the jobs I want.”

Nothing shifted because everything stayed in my head.

In this video, I share the real difference between affirmations and incantations, and why belief doesn’t live in language alone; it lives in the body. When emotion, breath, posture, movement, and rehearsal align, the nervous system accepts the belief as truth.
