Siba Mtongana on family, food & her debut restaurant at Table Bay Hotel called Siba - The Restaurant

For aspiring foodies there are few better guides than Siba Mtongana. In a world hungry for African dishes with a twist, she’s applied her majors in Food Sciences and Nutrition, and her time as a food editor and model to bring her cooking to thousands of viewers across the globe, all while raising a family.

We met up with Siba and the Mtongana family as they enjoyed a fun outing to the Two Oceans Aquarium. Raising four children under the age of ten is no easy task but for Siba, it is one of her greatest accomplishments in life.
