How to take apart your tail lights! (For Honda S2000 and most pre-2000s cars)

Welcome to our very first video for our DIY tail light tutorials!

In this video, we will go over the general steps to take apart most pre-2000s JDM and EDM tail lights, using a Honda S2000 AP1 tail light as an example. Some post-2000s tail lights are assembled this way, and this applies, however most post-2000 lights are plastic welded and will need to be cut a different way, explained in a different tutorial.

Tools needed:
- Oven/heat gun (we recommend using an oven, please don't use your kitchen oven)
- Flathead screwdrivers/flat prying tools
- Dremel (if you need to remove barbs)
- Work gloves

- S13 hatch
- GC Impreza
- DC2 Integra
- AP1/AP2 Honda S2000
- FC/FD RX-7w
- SC300
