Week 4. This week I focused my video mostly on of my grocery haul and the way I prepare my meals for the week (5 days). Together with that I had kinda different week from any other - I went to eat outside with my friends and also had movie night what included eating pizza. Also this week I snacked more than any other.... Sooo will see what results I will have next week when I will step on the weights. I have some doubts this time and shared my thoughts about it. What I didn't film is that I still went to gym 3 times a week plus I had additional home workout together with my friend. In total I have lost 2,2 kg atm. Will see what will be tomorrow.🤞🏻

Little background: There is no perfect time to start to do something. So I finally decided that this time I will document my weight loss journey. For the beginning I want to lose 10 kg and through out my journey I am gonna make different videos about different aspect of my journey. Thank you for watching! ♡
