Bobby Fischer’s memorable ZUGZWANG

Описание к видео Bobby Fischer’s memorable ZUGZWANG

Featured in this analysis is the chess game between Bobby Fischer and Hector Rossetto from the 1959 Mar del Plata Tournament. This game features a Sicilian Kan, Maróczy Bind and it is part of Fischer's famous book, "My 60 Memorable Games." After reviewing this game on a physical chess set, as part of my preparations for recording this video, I observed a pattern in Fischer’s play. Can you observe what the pattern is as I present the game? I believe this pattern played a significant role in achieving the memorable final position characterized by zugzwang.

I'm a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who was introduced to the game by my father in 1988 at the age of 8. The purpose of this channel is to share my knowledge of chess to help others improve their game. I enjoy continuing to improve my understanding of this great game, albeit slowly.
