Hugo Kupka learns of Cid's true identity, and marshals his loyal minions to march on Rosalith — the city in which Clive was born and raised. Though full aware that this is naught but another of Kupka's traps, Clive jumps at the chance to put the hideaway's longtime nemesis to the sword. With Jill and Gav in support, he infiltrates the former ducal capital, where battle between Kupka's Men of the Rock and its imperial occupiers still rages, and together, they make their way to the castle, where Kupka awaits.

Capital Punishment is a Main Quest in Final Fantasy 16, following on from After the Storm.

Final Fantasy XVI is a 2023 action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix. The sixteenth main installment in the Final Fantasy series, it was released for the PlayStation 5 as a timed exclusive. The game features segmented open environments and an action-based combat system involving melee and magic-based attacks. There are recurring series features including Chocobos, and summoned monsters called Eikons, which are both fought as bosses and used through channelling their power in combat.
