Listen to Katherine Gumbert, a teacher at our partner The College Preparatory School in Oakland, share about her powerful experience bringing IMPACT Bay Area's self defense class to her students in Spring 2022 and how much more than expected her students learned, including how to use their voice, speak up for themselves, pay attention to their surroundings, intervene to help others, and use a variety of physical techniques to defend themselves in any scenario.
