BC Hydro Power Smart's Invent the Future is an idea contest. Ideas for conserving energy. Ideas for producing sustainable energy. Ideas for a sustainable product or even adopting a sustainable lifestyle change. Sounds easy? It is. Send us a video, a song, or an essay that describes your idea and you could win one of six grand prizes of $2000 cash and a week long all-expense paid week at the Gulf Island Film and Television School.

People's Choice - Voting ends December 12, 2010

The top three most popular entries in each category will receive a package that includes an 8GB iPod Touch Sony, a iPod/iPhone Docking Station and a $100 Best Buy Green Gift Card (made out of 43% recycled material)

Early Bird Prize - Voting ends October 31, 2010

Contestants that enter before October 31 will be entered into a draw for an 8GB iPod Touch.

Power Smart Pledge

Anybody who takes the Power Smart Pledge will be entered into a draw for one of three, $300 Mountain Equipment Co-op gift cards and a BC Hydro Power Smart Energy Savings Kit.
