As part of the mission, he has developed and released the first-ever dedicated course for new medical laboratory scientists and medical laboratory technicians to prepare for their first post-college job search. The video includes tips on resumes, virtual and face-to-face interviews, AND how to negotiate the best starting salary. He includes the words to use and questions to ask for interviews and salary negotiations.
