This is Kubrick Quest Episode 4 where I'm discussing what is probably Stanley Kubrick's greatest anti war film, Paths of Glory starring Kirk Douglas which came out in 1957. This movie was based on a novel that was based on a real life WWI event in which a French general ordered his own soldiers executed for refusing to fight in a battled where they'd likely get killed.
