Gear Changes:
1. temporalis (aim for 3.2+s -cd)
2. evasion boots or eva/es boots
3. ES helm, 400+ ideally combined with subterfuge mask
4. ventors which provides me with 35 spirit

Our previous auras were
1. winddancer 30
2. ghost dance 30
3. clarity 10
4. precision 10
5. cannibalism 15
Total: 95 spirit

New auras
1. windancer 30
2. cannibalism 15
3. blink 60
4. grim feast 30
Total: 135 spirit

+20 spirit in total baseline (do some math, e.g. 79% ingenuity means I need 12 spirit on ventors or 20 spirit on amulet)
+35 spirit in total for cannibalism included (e.g. 79% inguinity means I need 20 spirit on ventors or 35 spirit on amulet)
+65 spirit in total for cannibalism + Herald of Thunder included (e.g. 79% ingenuity means I need 20 spirit on ventors AND 30 spirit on amulet)

Passive tree changes:
1. Drop beastial skin
2. Drop catalysis 4 point (alternatively can drop shock duration but my mana is a little low)
3. Take subterfuge

Defensive layer
1. switching from a larger sorcery ward to a larger hit pool with more energy shield from temporalis and ES helm
2. sorcery ward cooldown faster with temporalis and a tiny portion of emergency reload
3. switched to evasion boots for more evasion as we lost it from chest
4. as GGG has not nerfed ES with grim feast, we can still use it
