So I asked everyone what topics they might want me to speak on and I thought I'd address the two that I felt most confident with--journaling and learning how to listen to your intuition.

So for all of you spiritualists, self-motivators, and open-minded and curious individuals, here is my thought on the importance of keeping a journal and tips (which I have found to be beneficial personally) on how to begin training yourself to listen to that little voice of intuition.

Mind you, these are merely my thoughts and opinions and what I have found to work for myself. We are all different - therefore our strategies may differ - but one person's technique can offer assistance to those curious enough to search. My only goal is to offer assistance and any knowledge that I have attained through my process of growth.

Always remember to read and learn as much as you can. Growth can never be a half-attempted effort, you have to give it all you've got. So with that, never rely on any one source...search, explore, experiment, and most importantly, grow.
