EVE Online - Cheap T4 Abyss Ishtar Guide

The Ishtar is a good alternative to the Gila in the abyss. It has a very good capacitor allowing it to power a x-large shield booster with relative ease. The Ishtar also has very good dps as well as application due to its bonuses to drones, so even heavy drones make quick work of frigates. Its main downside is the lack of buffer in the shield. Due to its shield not being so big there is a greater risk that wrecking shots can alpha the Ishtar's shields.
