Fantastic Meats at Big B's BBQ in Las Vegas

About a year ago I had a friend who invited me to a birthday party at his house and he had Big B's cater the afternoon and I thought the brisket then was incredible, even after bringing it over from the restaurant.

I've been looking forward to making this video but was waiting until the 4th of July week to do it as it seemed appropriate. I was filming a collaboration video with LasVegasFill for the Mirage the other day and as I mentioned that I was doing Big B's BBQ for my Tuesday video, turns out Phil knows the owners and got me in touch with them and so they've offered to host me for this video. I'm very appreciative and a big shoutout to Brian (Big B himself!) for having us. But even as a guest, I will always call it like I taste it! I hope you enjoy the video!
