Insane Dynamic Range w/ ProRes RAW on the Sony FX3 | Color grading 16bit HDR to SDR

The dynamic range you can get with the Sony FX3 when recording ProRes RAW externally to the Atomos Ninja V is insane! You can shoot in 4.2k 60 fps in 16bit HDR. Using the Ninja V with the Sony FX3 is the perfect pair for maximizing the abilities of this camera. It gets 15+ stops of dynamic range and honestly if you expose properly it looks just as good as RED and Blackmagic cameras. I show you how to edit ProRes RAW in Final Cut Pro and we talk about converting HDR footage to SDR, while maintaining your color information.
