Killer Bedroom Amp - Fender 68 Custom Vibro Champ Reverb & Squier 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster

Everyone needs a good basement or bedroom amp for practice or noodling after the kids go down. Fender's 68 Custom Vibro Champ is a strong candidate, with the classic vintage VC tones and beautiful modern features. The added DSP reverb circuit sounds great, and pairing it with the onboard tube tremolo gives such nice, lush ambience.

Beyond that, Fender chose a 10" ceramic speaker for this amp, giving it a rich full sound even at quieter volumes. And speaking of volume, it can stay quiet or get loud - I recorded this whole my toddler napped upstairs!

Amp was mic'd with a Shure SM57 off-axis, into a Warm Audio WA12 mic preamp, then onto a Focusrite 18i20 interface and Reaper DAW.
