A quick video to show how to sync your OP-1 to your Akai MPC Live/X/One over the USB. If you've got these two devices you should be able to do this with the cables you've got out of the box.

Most importantly, even though you're sync'ing the two together, you need to make sure that the BPM of your MPC sequence matches the BPM of what you recorded to tape. The OP-1 does not do time stretching out of the box to match tempo changes on your MPC, so just be aware to keep them the same unless you're ready for doing something more advanced.
