How to troubleshoot Google Meet camera blocked on Chrome?

If you have troubleshooted the issues in browsers, but still not working
The camera worked with windows apps, but not with any browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge) with Google Meet

For "failed" camera issues

(1) Press “Windows” + “I” to open the settings.
(2) Click on “Privacy” and then select “Camera” from the left pane
(3) Select the “Change” button under the “Change Access for this Device” heading.
(4) Turn the toggle ON to allow access.
(5) Turn the “Allow Apps to Access your Camera” toggle ON and then scroll down.
(6) Also, turn "Allow desktop apps to access your camera" toggle ON and then scroll down.
(7) then exit settings.
(8) Check to see if the issue persists.

For "failed" mic issues
(1) Press “Windows” + “I” to open the settings.
(2) Click on “Privacy” and then select “Microphone” from the left pane
(3) Select the “Change” button under the “Change Access for this Device” heading.
(4) Turn the toggle ON to allow access.
(5) Turn the “Allow Apps to Access your microphone” toggle ON and then scroll down.
(6) Also, turn "Allow desktop apps to access your microphone" toggle ON and then scroll down.
(7) then exit settings.
(8) Check to see if the issue persists.
