Episode 10 of Chokehold follows Sebastian, a young Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, as he enters his first tournament of 2026 at the DREAM BJJ Tournament inside the Anaheim Convention Center. After a roller coaster 2025 season that tested his confidence, balance between academics and competition, and love for the sport itself, Sebastian begins this year focused on something deeper than medals — mastering the mental game.

Balancing national scholastic debate competitions, intense training schedules, and the pressure of performance, Sebastian turns to sports performance tools and mindset training to rebuild confidence and control anxiety. Supported by his coaches, teammates, and the Renzo Gracie Los Angeles Junior Lions competition team, he steps into one of the toughest brackets of his division — facing skilled, aggressive opponents and the biggest opponent of all: self-doubt.
