41st Amendment Act, 1976
:- Raised the retirement age of the members of the State Public Service Commission and the Joint Public Service Commission.

42nd Amendment Act, 1976 (Also called the “Mini Constitution”):-
Made extensive changes to the Constitution, aiming to reduce the power of the judiciary and strengthen the central government.

43rd Amendment Act, 1977 :- Reversed some provisions of the 42nd Amendment related to the judiciary.

44th Amendment Act, 1978 :- Further corrected the distortions made by the 42nd Amendment.

45th Amendment Act, 1980 :- Continued reservation for Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) in legislatures.
