I just installed this Canvasback Cargo Liner in my 22 Chevrolet Tahoe. Thought others might be interested. I will note when I say it's not water proof I really should have said it won't hold water like a hard tray with edges. The material is waterproof but water can run off the edges because there is no lip to catch it.
