Punjab Water Crisis Explained With Facts and Figures by Harbeer Kaur

Punjab is facing deepening ground water crisis. Around 80% of rural development blocks of Punjab are overexploited in terms of extraction of ground water as compared to ground water recharge. Agriculture and Environment Awareness Center (AEAC) organized a "Water Conservation Discussion" at Meeting Hall, Gurdwara Fatehgarh Sahib on 17 May 2022. Speaking during this occasion Bibi Harbeer Kaur explained the crisis with the help of facts and figures.
