Is this the BEST Persian restaurant in London? As a Persian chef and food critic, I’ve tried countless spots – but Galleria in Porchester might just take the crown.

After moving from Marylebone post-COVID, Galleria has reopened stronger than ever. In this review, I try a full spread of classic Persian starters like Kashke Bademjan, Salad Olivier, Mirza Ghasemi, and fresh sabzi with bread – followed by legendary mains like Koobideh, Joojeh Kebab, Kebab Barg, and the rich, pomegranate-laced Fesenjan stew.

As a Persian food critic and professional chef, I’m not easily impressed… but this one HIT HOME. Flavours were bang on, portion sizes generous, and the overall experience was pure Tehran nostalgia!
