-Khan was played by Ricardo Montalban in Space Seed and Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, and by Benedict Cumberbatch in Star Trek: Descent into Darkness.
-Kirk was played by William Shatner in "Space Seed," in "Where No Man has Gone Before," and Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, and by Chris Pine in Star Trek: Descent into Darkness.
-Spock was played by Leonard Nimoy in "Space Seed," in "Where No Man has Gone Before," and in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan. He also played Spock Prime in Star Trek Descent into Darkness, while the 'new' Spock was played by Zachary Quinto.
