ThinkPad T470s Unboxing by a Laptop Technician, memory upgrade and review / T440s Comparison

Описание к видео ThinkPad T470s Unboxing by a Laptop Technician, memory upgrade and review / T440s Comparison

There is some great insight in this article from someone who has owned or handled every combination of every T series laptop ever made. That said, I'll be the first to admit it is longer than it should be and will likely bore most people. But I am most definitely not editing it and if you're a ThinkPad fan you will likely enjoy the insight! :)

Since making the video I've had a chance to use the machine. The i5 and the PCIe 512GB drive makes this thing FLY and the screen is everything that I had hoped for and easy on the eyes in combination with my Gunnar blue blocking glasses. This is easily the nicest IPS LCD Panel to be placed on a 14" T-series unit, EVER. My T440s had some sort of flicker to the LED LCD which didn't bother me at 37 but drove my 40yr old eyes crazy.

BTW the "U" in the CPU's suffix is for ultra-low power which is found in all slimline units, or Ultrabooks as they call this laptop. Tp me, the word "ultrabook" is up for debate, but it is missing a DVD player, so whatever.
