🔍 What Is the Silver-to-Gold Ratio?

It shows how many ounces of silver it takes to buy one ounce of gold.

High ratio (e.g. 80–100): silver is cheap relative to gold

Low ratio (e.g. 40–50): silver is expensive relative to gold

So when the ratio is low, silver has already outperformed gold.

A low ratio usually means:

Silver prices have risen quickly
