What problems does your center have that you're hoping to solve in the coming academic year? Did you know that there are scientific tools that you can use to assess and develop improvement strategies? Did you know they can be applied to almost any college or university service, including tutoring centers?

This workshop will help learning center managers take a deeper look at their centers' problems and make informed decisions on a plan of action using improvement science tools and resources to guide the process. We'll examine a case study where these tools were used to improve student satisfaction at a tutoring center and show how these tools can work for you.
