In this video, we show you how we make White Zinfandel wine, from start to racking. In fact, we show you TWO ways to make it, one that is close to the Sutter Home version, and one that has a higher ABV% and more flavor.

White Zinfandel is a refreshing, drinkable, and slightly sweet white (rosé) wine that's low in tannin since it does not spend much time fermenting on the grape skins and does not age in oak.
