Home builders across Florida's housing market are in panic mode in 2024, doing big price cuts to clear inventory.

This home building site is located in Parrish, FL, south of Tampa. The builder is KB Homes, and they are doing $54,000 PRICE CUTS on some houses in order to sell them. The reason is because the builders have a huge pile-up of completed homes that are sitting for sale.

In fact - home builder months of supply is now at its highest level in 14 years. Indicating that the housing market is entering a downturn, to go along with the economy potentially. Every other time, except for 2022, that builder supply has gotten this high we had a recession shortly thereafter.
