Monster Project: Tamiya Lunchbox Build / Upgrade Series - Episode 2

Описание к видео Monster Project: Tamiya Lunchbox Build / Upgrade Series - Episode 2

Its time to add some electronics to the Monster Project, and to waterproof them as well. I'm using some bearing grease and Plastidip to make the Lunchbox waterproof. All the electronics that I am using in the Monster Project are already 'waterproof', but I like to be extra careful and I want this thing to be able to go into the water and snow.

After watching one of shawnroy81's unboxing videos, I had the idea to swap the ESCs in the Drift Project and this one. Which means that I could have a brushed only ESC that's waterproof in the Lunchbox and a brushless ESC in my TT01. I don't see the point in having a brushless motor in a Lunchbox, I just don't.

It took longer to bind the Receiver and Transmitter than it did to install the electronics. I completely forgot how to do it and the instructions aren't clear at all. The only thing I couldn't do was to put servo/receiver extension wires in the receiver and then dip the whole thing in Plastidip. I have done it on another video previously so I shall be doing that off camera.

Paint is next so stay tuned for an interesting paint scheme.

Thanks for watching. If you have any questions or feedback, then please leave them in the comments and/or likes section below.
