How to install a sling on a STG-44 rifle. The sling I purchased is a reproduction K-98 sling, but is very period-correct for the STG-44. My overall experience with the purchase was very good and it is rare I recommend ANY ebay seller to anyone.

This is a rather odd sling and it will definitely seem very confusing to anyone not familiar with Mauser-type slings. It's like the Germans had a huge surplus of belts that someone figured out could be used as rifle slings.
