Watch as I build a beautiful bell from an old scuba tank and hand forge the bell hanger. Cylinder bells, also known as tank bells, make great wind chimes. Excellent additions or wall hanging for any home or garden decor. They can be made from old scuba tanks, oxygen tanks, empty fire extinguishers, scuba tanks, and even propane tanks.
