This short form of Yang Style was created to introduce students to this highly effective Martial Art exercise. Students learn the fundamental postures and movements designed to create better balance and alignment while developing strength, flexibility and focus. Ultimately the practitioner moves through a slow series of meditative movements defined by grace and elegance.
