This weeks episode is a little different. Introducing a new segment on this channel called In The Kitchen, where I sit down with industry professionals and discuss current trends, how their business supports our industry, dealing with a pandemic and much MUCH more!

Connor is a man of many talents, but we hone in on his career and how he got started in pottery. Based in Makers Central in Tarrytown NY, Connor makes tableware for both the professional kitchen and your home. You can find his plates in many Michelin rated or fine dining restaurants including Blue Hill at Stone Barns!
