First, open your Word app that is installed on your iPhone. Tap on the + sign at the bottom part of the Microsoft Word start page. From the list of options, select blank Word document. Type two lines of text. One on top and the other below.

Tap between the two lines of text for you to insert the picture in the Word document. Tap the three dots, …, at the lower right corner of the document followed by Home tab. Select Insert. Go with Pictures option and select the picture that you want to add in the document by tapping on it one time. Tap the Add button at the upper right of the Photos page of your iPhone for it to be added in the document. You can edit the picture from there.
