This is a compilation of people touching the top of the backboard, or getting really close. The top of a regulation NBA backboard is 13 feet. The video is not very long because there are not a lot of people that can touch 13 feet (or close to it)! I only included videos and pictures where you can clearly see how high someone is touching or would have touched (e.g. their elbow is bent).
