Klaus is a Policy Fellow at the Center for European Studies, Harvard; the Co-Director of POP at UNU-MERIT; and a Professor of Economics at Bonn University. He presented his paper “Refugees for Work: The European Migration Challenge” at the Jobs and Development Conference, 2016. The conference was organized by the World Bank Jobs Group, and featured partners from the Network for Jobs and Development.
