How to make Springy Fish Paste ● Cooking tips
Ingredients:
1 Mackerel fish (about 600g)
1 teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon Corn Flour
A dash of pepper
1 tablespoon water


Steps:
Clean the fish and pat dry
Slice both sides of the fish
Use a spoon remove the flesh from the tail up
Gather the fish flesh to a large bowl

Add salt, corn flour and pepper.
Wet finger with water
Use finger to mix the fish flesh, at the same time remove bone if is any.
Roll the fish flesh into bundle, pick up and throw in the bowl at about 1 feet high
Continue to throw the fish flesh for about 5 minutes
Or until the fish flesh forms a soft spongy paste.
Wet the finger with water in between throws
