Cumin (Jeera) -1/2 tbsp
cinnamon (dalchini) 2 inch
cloves ( long) -4
black pepper (kali mirch) 10-12
cardamom (elaichi) -4
red chilli (Lal mirch) -5
fried Onions - 1/2 Cup
tomato (tamatar) -2 medium
Chicken - 500gram
curd (dahi) - 1 cup
ginger garlic paste (adrak lahsun paste) - 1tbsp
red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder) 2 tbsp
salt (namak) 1 tsp
red food colour (Lal colour) - 1/4 tsp
oil (tel) -4 tbsp
burning charcoal - 2
butter 2 tbsp
